The room was nice, big enough for 3 guests. it was clean and not noisy at all. We slept very well. the beds were very conformable and we like the fact that the sofa bed was in a separate room with a door and a tv.

Nice lobby. Nice room. They give you two free big chocolate chip cookies. I also needed a microwave, which they didn't have in the room, but they brought me one! The rooms come with fridges. I would stay there again for another SF visit!

The lobby was beautiful and the water dispenser and bottles were awesome. Having a restaurant on the premises was perfect.

my corner room was incredible, with sweeping views of the city and very much a cool apartment feel/ vibe. Huge Tv and nice table so I could get some work done. The staff was so friendly, and I appreciated the business center upstairs so I could print some items out and take a few calls at the table without feeling like I was in an office. Very good vibes.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and make sure we had everything we needed. Amazing customer service especially during a very busy time.
